Welcome to Prism Carbon Solutions' application platform. By submitting your application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your submission.

1. Eligibility

• All applicants must meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined for each program or service offered by Prism Carbon Solutions.

• Submissions must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the applicant’s jurisdiction and the United Arab Emirates.

2. Application Process

• Applications must be submitted through our designated form at https://prism.lc/program.

• Only complete applications will be reviewed. Incomplete applications or those not following instructions may be disregarded without notice.

3. Accuracy of Information

• Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, up-to-date, and truthful.

• Prism Carbon Solutions reserves the right to verify any information provided in the application. Providing false information may result in disqualification or termination of agreements.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Personal information collected through the application process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• Prism Carbon Solutions will make reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of all applications. However, applicants are encouraged not to disclose sensitive proprietary information unless requested.

5. Use of Application Data

• By submitting an application, applicants grant Prism Carbon Solutions permission to use the data solely for assessment, program administration, and internal reporting.

• All intellectual property rights in materials submitted remain with the applicant. By submitting, applicants grant Prism Carbon Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the materials for evaluation purposes.

7. Evaluation and Selection

• The selection process is at the sole discretion of Prism Carbon Solutions, and decisions are final.

• Prism Carbon Solutions reserves the right to make changes to the selection process, including timelines, without prior notice.

8. No Guarantee of Acceptance

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program or service. Prism Carbon Solutions reserves the right to reject applications for any reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Prism Carbon Solutions is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from or connected with the application submission process.

• Prism Carbon Solutions is not responsible for technical failures, delayed or lost submissions, or unauthorized access to applicant data during transmission.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Prism Carbon Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued submission of applications after modifications constitute agreement to the updated Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
